What ClassCheck is

ClassCheck is a self-advocacy information tool that helps business owners understand their workers' compensation class codes and spot possible misclassifications. It is not a law firm, an insurance agency, or an accounting firm, and using it does not create an attorney-client, agent-client, or accountant-client relationship.

Not legal, insurance, or accounting advice

Nothing ClassCheck produces — the free checker's output, the paid Full Audit Review, or any dispute packet — constitutes legal, insurance, or accounting advice. It is general information based on publicly available class code patterns. You should consult a licensed attorney, insurance professional, or accountant for advice specific to your situation before making any decision or filing based on ClassCheck's output.

No guarantee of outcome

ClassCheck's analysis is illustrative and based on general NCCI-system patterns and AI judgment applied to the information you provide. ClassCheck does not guarantee that any dispute will succeed, that any premium will be reduced, or that any figure shown is accurate for your actual policy.

Liability limit

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClassCheck's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you actually paid ClassCheck in the preceding 12 months — $0 for the free checker, or the $249 fee for the paid Full Audit Review.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit — role descriptions, payroll figures, and any documents you upload — and for any decisions or filings you make based on ClassCheck's output.

Governing law

ClassCheck is operated from Spain. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of ClassCheck after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the last update.
