Privacy

When you use the free checker, the state, industry, business description, and employee details you enter are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your analysis. We do not currently store your submission or results in a database — this is a v0 product with no accounts.

If you provide an email address (to receive your report, join a waitlist, or ask about the Full Audit Review), we keep that email and the associated submission so we can respond to you and improve the product.

For the paid Full Audit Review, any audit worksheet or payroll report you send us by email is used only to prepare your analysis and dispute packet.
